It’s been a long time…
I blame school
But hey, I’m having fun, more fun than I thought I’d ever have my senior year! Almost makes me wish it wasn’t ending in a few short months…
That’s what really gets me. In a few short months, I’ll be on my own. As exhilirating as that it, it’s also absolutely frightening! But I know, wherever I go, I’ll have backup 
I never liked English. It seemed a totally worthless class to me. Why would I care why someone wrote a book? What do all these themes really mean? Do they even matter? My greatest wish has always been for one of these so-called ‘acclaimed’ and ‘amazing’ authors (I will never know why John Steinbeck is considered great… horrible writing) to come up to an English teacher and say, “You really think all that’s in my book? I was just bored and wrote a story.”
But this year is different. Sure it has only been two days, but I love my English class. So far our days have been read, talk, write, listen to music, talk, write, read, write, talk, more music, more writing. It’s really laid back, I love to read, write and listen to music and the teacher is amazing. He’s quite a personality and definitely loves what he does, which really makes a lot of difference. I’m sure there will be more serious moments throughout the year and some more structured essays, but I really like English. I will never know why outgoing Seniors urged me to avoid this class at all costs. I’m stubborn.
I’ve totally twisted my little brother. For some reason, he looks up to me.

Anyway, in his questionable pursuit to be like me, he’s started up his own blog and started playing with Photoshop.

So, you should check out his blog, here. Ignore the misspellings and highly opinionated posts. That’s him, and you tend to pick up quite a few strong opinions in this house. And statements that half the house doesn’t realize are only jokes… I’ll show him eventually how to upload and post his Photoshop stuff, so keep checking back to see how he improves.
I feel so horrible right now. I started to fill out a college app and it was going fine, until I got to the extracurricular part.
I have almost nothing to put on there! And then it asks how I spent my last two summers. How am I supposed to answer that?!? I did nothing, what summer’s there for! Gah! After this I am so depressed and pretty much certain I’m never getting into college.
Hopefully I’ll realize I have stuff to put in there but right now, I feel horrible. Like I’m doomed to never get into college and work at MickeyD’s.
That’s definitely not the mechanical engineering or materials science I wanna do.
Definitely not the private space company my friends and I talked about.
Just pray for me.
Marvel, why do you have to be so dang secretive. It’s driving me insane!

Especially the fan posting and interpreting the post as a partnership with Nintendo.
That makes the wait even more unbearable!

In other news, I’m still easgerly anticipating my Captain America subscription. It starts on issue 41, despite the fact I ordered it before issue 40. That makes me sad. I’m sure there’s some technical printing issue that makes it so, but I wanna read my comic.
